"I haven’t had a massage gun before but the Theragun looks and feels very good quality. Good battery life. Comfortable as you want it when using. You govern the pressure. Highlights the sensitive areas you can gradually go deeper into. Bought on recommendation of others. Friends and family who have tried it say there is no comparison with their cheaper ones. Robust and much quieter/smoother. I purchased it hopefully to help me pre and post run returning from injury and to help recovery as an older runner. Younger friends and family like it too. Worth saving up for this if you can rather than getting a cheap one."

Gentle but effective

"Holds its charge really well. And comes with 3 different heads, this is far more low impact than the bigger more expensive versions but it’s ideal for basic home use and helps to ease the muscles and joints after a run. Quality machine."

Not right for me but might work for others.

"I have a trapped nerve in my neck and I wanted to give this a go to see if it would help. It didn’t, and caused me pain even on the lowest setting with the dampener. But I can absolutely see how this might work for muscle aches and for gym-goers and so on. Personally I think this is a very strong piece of equipment and I’d actually recommend speaking to your doc first to see if it’s right for you."
