"I was really excited about this tool considering it seems to have everything I needed all in one tool. However, I was particularly unpleased with the cold ring attachment because the surface area was so small it didn’t make a difference in feeling less puffy. Additionally, the area surrounding the cold ring got very warm, overpowering the cold ring."

"Beware of ordering this item!! this item is not cheap and i have paid faithfully believing i will get the product, the Therabody has not delivered this item but instead has sent a wrong item twice to fulfill my order. Therabody has been poor in fulfillment of my order. I was very excited to try for the first time this product, and to see it myself how it would be effective and helpful. I dont recommend anyone ordering this item for you will not get it delivered, despite the customer service sending email that it is in process. The order was Nov 23,2023 and its already January 13,2026. Till now no fulfillment of the order was delivered. This is a big trick to customers."
"I suffer from really bad tmj and this device gave me such relief for my jaw and neck pain unfortunately after a week the part where you place the attachments became loose so I had to return it I was approved for a replacement but still haven’t received any news on when a new one will be sent it’s been almost a month already and for the price of the item I’m surprised it takes this long to get a new one back ."

"I received the product and the battery didn’t work, it charged to 100% and when I disconnected it it would go back to 0% immediately, not once could I use it and it’s been a nightmare all the return process, is been half month without knowing when I will get back the product that works wells, more than a month from what I have heard in the millions of mails I had to send to ask because they never talk proactively, considering the price of the product and the faults it had, a costumer would expect a better support from the brand, the worst"
